When you think of Tamales, what comes to mind? We're guessing you didn't say Mississippi, but after reading this you might start thinking differently. Located right in front of a ComEd substation is a tiny little stand run by aspiring chef Yoland Cannon. Mississippians make up a large demographic in Chicago, something Yoland understands and caters to, which is why, in addition to Delta Tamales, he also serves Magnolia smoked sausages, a product of Magee, Mississippi.
