The Unknown can be a scary place, especially for restaurants. Supply and demand, scalability, staying on-trend - there are a slew of elements that need to be factored in to the success of a dining establishment. FCSI UK & Ireland recently released some of their projected 2020 trends that include everything from aging consumers to insects. Some trends, like healthy eating, is here to stay.
