On a recent trip to New York City, Across the Bar host Paul Barron explores Casa Mezcal, a cocktail bar for the serious drinker. Co-founder Ignacio educates us on mezcal, the first distilled drink in the U.S. that reigns from Mexico that is often compared to a smoky tequila.
