Have you ever wondered what the life of a street food vendor is like? In a food city like Chicago, choosing to live that street food life is certainly a passionate commitment considering how many dining options there are nearby. But when you believe in a product, especially something that no one else is doing, it undoubtedly becomes your life. Such is the case for Brendan O'Connor, a salesman-turned-entrepreneur who sells sausages at a location he himself used to buy hotdogs from when he was growing up.
