For Miami, it's more like, Serve alcohol and they will come. Unless, of course, we're talking about a food event (which, naturally, also usually includes the former). As Miami's dining scene continues to emerge and get more national acclaim, more foodie events have been on the rise. In Miami, we have the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, which has been around for more than a decade, so it's nothing new for locals. But its emerging sense of credibility has given Miami dining a new feel of excitement and anticipation.
