Executive Chef Beau MacMillan, an Iron Chef America Winner, came upon the venture when a food consultant reached out to him to visit Sanctuary, the resort that Elements is located in. The restaurant, complete with an intimate chef’s table and classic-meets-innovative menu, has been going strong since 2001.
