A major player in the industry is taking on tablets. Applebee's, with an estimated ballpark of 2,000 locations, will roll out tablets at each table in every restaurant throughout the U.S. by the end of 2014. In a recent article, we laid out the benefits of restaurants using tablets and debated whether or not they're worth the investment. This tech-savvy move is sure to deliver a more seamless dining experience for guests.
