Eating House Emerges from a Pop-up to a Must-Visit Miami Restaurant

Innovation in Miami is exploding on the food scene with rock star chefs like the young "Chopped" winner Giorgio Rapicavoli of Eating House. 

The Chef always envisioned opening a restaurant, but it wasn’t until a trip to Italy to attend Slow Food’s Terra Madre that changed the way he looked at food. Emerging from a pop up in February 2012 to, now, a must-visit restaurant, Eating House delivers locally sourced ingredients when possible, and has certainly made its mark on South Florida's dining culture.
