The foodie culture is expanding. Eating at your local food court used to consist of the standard options - Taco Bell, Burger King and maybe a generic pizza place. Airports had the simplest of options, and sporting events meant hot dogs, popcorn and Miller Lite.  

Now we're seeing things like the Food Network Kitchen in airports, freshly brewed beer from on-site brewers at sporting events (read: not Miller Lite), and chef-driven, upscale eateries in shopping malls. Read More
