Los Angeles Times' The Taste, a festival celebrating - you guessed it - food and wine, will be held over Labor Day Weekend as per usual, and will feature some of the best chefs in the game right now. We're talking Ari Taymor of Alma, which was recently given the honor of being named Bon Appetit's best new restaurant in America, as well as Michael Cimarusti of Providence, Jonathan Gold's best restaurant in Southern California.
