Quite a few new laws regarding alcohol were passed this week in D.C., including one that will allow restaurants to charge patrons who bring their own bottle of wine into restaurants more than $25.
The Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration, or ABRA for short, used to regulate this fee, prohibiting restaurants from charging more than $25. Now businesses are able to set their own fee. Read More
