Originally a full-service restaurant, Cava branched out into fast casual when owners - Ted, Ike and Dimitri saw a need in the market for quick, healthy food options with high quality ingredients without consumers having to break the bank. Using all-natural, hormone-free meats and available local produce in its menu and reclaimed wood in its decor, Cava Grill is certainly eco-friendly.
