In an unprecedented partnership, culinary students from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I. are teaming up with some unlikely sous chefs: medical students from the Tulane University School of Medicine.
The first program of its kind, the two schools are working together to educate med students and chefs-in-training about nutrition. Of the program, one med student participant says, "That's not something that's really on our radar in medical education.
