Meet The Food Loft: Boston's New Home for Food/Tech Startups

The use of technology within the food industry is growing exponentially. Now, there are startups dedicated to connecting chefs with local farmers and online ordering sites like Seamless or Grubhub. The expanding niche is producing some interesting concepts, such as the Food Loft: Boston's new startup hub hoping to be "an anchor for food innovation in the Boston area." Powered by the Harvard Common Press, the Food Loft is is a 3,500 square foot space dedicated to helping food entrepreneurs and innovators get their feet off the ground.
