This week, Coca-Cola launched a beta version of their rewards app, which will focus on rewarding customers for social actions. In a recent session of the Mobile Marketing Association’s SM2 conference, Coca-Cola's senior digital marketing strategist of digital platforms Zoe Glade said the new app is in response to customer trends.

The team realized they could do a better job at engaging consumers and providing relevant material when they noticed first-time log-ins were 20% higher than multiple log-ins, proving that they weren't providing a compelling reason for customers to return. Read More
