Study Says 16% of Restaurant Reviews on Yelp are Fake

When Yelp first came on the scene, restaurants were terrified: one bad customer review could potentially prevent other customers from even entering the restaurant. It certainly forced businesses to rethink their customer service tactics - at least, that was the idea.
