The Ramen Movement is no longer groundbreaking news to New York foodies. The Ramen Burger, however, has become all the rage - and the hype is spreading throughout the country. (It even has its own Twitter account.) On Saturday, Keizo Shimamoto will be taking his creation to Mitsuwa Marketplace in Torrance, where he'll be selling 500 of the burgers on a first come, first served basis.
The hybrid, made of grilled beef between two buns made entirely of fried Ramen noodles, has us remembering cronuts as a thing of the past.
