A new California law is telling foodservice people to wrap it up.
It’s not exactly a shocker when “weird” laws come out of California. There are some, though, that we can’t argue: chefs and sushi chefs are now required to wear gloves, for example. Cleanliness is cleanliness, people. And if it’s not messing up the quality of my dish, all is well in the world. However, this law apparently also spans to bartenders. Say what?
