Heritage Steak, the Only Las Vegas Restaurant to Make Zagat's 2013 Most Important Restaurants List

In its first year alone, Heritage Steak – Tom Colicchio's restaurant in the Mirage, which opened in August 2013 – has received a swarm of accolades. Now, the venue can add Zagat to its list of praise for being named one of the most important restaurants of 2013.

According to the original Zagat list, "important restaurants" translates to those that explore emerging cuisines and combine such in excitingly inventive ways.
