Early autumn is arguably the best season for seasonal ingredients. With national trend of menus featuring seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, even more Philly restaurants are getting creative by including seasonal offerings on their menu.
Dry-aged duck will be making several appearances, including at Talula's Garden. Another bird, quail will be served by Petruce et al. Pork, as usual returns this season– Mazumen-bacon at Cozara and the pork osso bucco at the restaurant, R2L.
