An international team from Barcelona made up of Pablo Fernández-Valdés, Yago Giner, and Albert Ventura will be opening a Miami restaurant in spring of 2015. Klima Restaurant and bar will be serving mediterranean cuisine and will be occupying the 7,770 square foot venue in Miami Beach, the former location of Tosca.
So how does the restaurant plan to be a success? Yago Giner, co-founder of Klima says that all elements of a restaurant are equally important, including the design, service, music, atmosphere, and cuisine.
