Alex Harrell, Chef at Sylvain will be cooking his last meals at the restaurant this week. He has announced that he is leaving to open his own restaurant, Angeline in early 2015.

Harrell will be sticking to the cuisine he is most comfortable with, Southern. However, he plans to spice it up with inspiration from Spain and Italy. Angeline will be taking over the space where the fine-dining restaurant, Stella's Kitchen used to be.
