Previously when a consumer wanted to see a restaurant's health inspection information, they would have attempt to navigate the local health district's confusing online record database. However, Chef Matthew Eierman has created a new app called HDScores, that shows the health inspection scores for Seattle restaurants on a map. The apps information is regularly updated, roughly 12-24 hours after a health department filing.
