Most restaurants are altering menus, specifically fast casuals, to be more customizable for the consumer. However, there are still the restaurants that are not going to budge with their rules when it comes to orders.
Urbanspoon released it's list of "America's Strictest Restaurants" and several LA restaurants made the list, including Bucato (a Foodable LA Top 25 veteran.) Bucato does not allow you to photograph their courses because they feel it takes away from the experience. They also only allow same-day reservations by phone.
