Remember those once tried-and-true words ringing from every hostess stand across America? Obviously, that mainstream gesture doesn’t exist anymore, thanks to state laws. And now, with e-cigarettes on the rise, restaurants and other public spaces throughout Los Angeles are giving ‘vapors’ a run for their money.  Earlier this month, the L.A.
