Food trucks have become big on the city scene within the past few years. Some cities cater to this, while others make it difficult for vendors to operate, but are getting there. Regardless, quite a few cities that view food trucks as a way to support local business and bring community together have put together meet-ups, where dozens of food trucks will park in one specific location for people to congregate to, hang out, and eat some delicious food. Other cities have taken this to new heights with specific food truck parks (kind of like we showed with San Francisco’s Soma StrEat Food Park).
