Bars and restaurants with a liquor license in D.C. will now have more freedom, thanks to three new alcohol-centric laws that were recently passed by the D.C. Council. But the establishments aren’t the only ones who will benefit — patrons who enjoy consuming alcoholic beverages will, too.
