With each new season comes a wave of restaurant openings to get excited about, especially in the spring, when farmers markets are all over the radar, and fresh offerings are in season.
Though it’s not exactly new, Lolita, on 13th Street, is set to re-open after a revamp sometime soon (the exact date is TBD). According to Emily Teel at Philly Mag, who got a pre-opening glimpse of the new digs, the renovated space feels more open and is still boasting a refreshing, but upgraded, menu. And as for drinks, Lolita seems to have gotten a new liquor license.
