Thanks to the likes of Eataly, Singapore's hawker centers, and other indoor food houses like D.C.’s Union Market, food halls have become all the rage. (Just ask Anthony Bourdain, who is bringing one to NYC.)

In Downtown Las Vegas, away from the Strip, a vacant building will soon be transformed — thanks to a local design company — into a diverse food hall, named Galaxy Street Market. The indoor space will include a craft beer & wine bar and six food vendors, reports Las Vegas Review-Journal, as well as a slew of artisan vendors — not just of the food variety — outside.
