In the city of celebrity chefdom, Chef Jose Andres’ Las Vegas presence is certainly not lacking. The chef and restaurateur currently has three concepts housed there, and he’s got two on the way. Some may mistake one of them, Bazaar Meat, for a steakhouse, but he is adamant about differentiating cut styles and including more than just the basics on the menu.
