A lot of topics were covered at this year's NRA Show, however one theme was very prevalent throughout the entire event: healthy menu options. As consumers become more health conscious restaurants must do their best to accommodate them - or risk losing business.
In addition to a shift in consumer mindset, the Food and Drug Administration has proposed new regulations for menu labeling and will require chain restaurants to provide in-depth nutritional information.
