Online ordering sites have taken over the reservation scene these past few years. Sites like OpenTable and Table8 have become the norm when looking to reserve a table at your favorite restaurant, but will these sites continue to be utilized by restaurants or will restaurants begin to develop their own online reservation systems?

Coi, a San Francisco restaurant that has consistently made our Foodable Top 25 list, is the first San Francisco restaurant to use tickets as opposed to the traditional reservation system or third-party online sites.
