The concept for Mason Dixie Biscuit Co., a biscuits and gravy themed restaurant, began when a few friends were casually eating at a San Francisco restaurant. A good idea, the acquisition of a new chef and some good ole' fashioned grassroots-marketing later, the Mason Dixie team has successfully established itself as a go-to D.C. eatery - and they're not even open yet.
