CookNSolo Adds Hummus-Centric Restaurant to Philly Lineup

In my food pyramid, there would be a special place for hummus. Most Millennials I know would agree, alongside guacamole and mango salsa. But one restaurant in Philadelphia is taking things to a whole new level for the love of the spread by opening an all-hummus-everything restaurant. Dizengoff, a new venture from restaurant group CookNSolo, has recently been added to the lineup, which currently includes Zahav, Federal Donuts, Bodhi Coffee, Percy Street Barbecue, and Abe Fisher. According to Dizengoff's website, the menu offers a continuous “rotating selection of hummus variations,” which range in the $9-$11 bracket.
