Nauti Foods Makes a Splash with First D.C. Food Vendor Boat

Expectation of immediacy has completely changed our approach toward dining. Technology — specifically smartphones — has spoiled us with the ability to place a food order without even having to get out of bed. And restaurant chains are doing what they can to facilitate this natural behavior of convenience. Turns out, food purveyors are taking things up a notch in ways you wouldn't expect.
