Chicago restauranteur, Tony Hu has opened his first restaurant in Vegas. His Chicago restaurant by the same name, Lao Sze Chuan has been a success and Hu has decided to open another location at Palms. 

With 8 restaurants in Chicago's Chinatown, Hu understands Chinese cuisine. The Vegas dining scene, is abundant with Italians dining options, but not so much with Chinese dining options.
