Before opening his first restaurant, Graffiato, Mike Isabella was whipping up Greek dishes, and began craving something different. Washington, D.C.-based Graffiato leans on Italian inspiration with a menu that changes seasonally. In this “Table 42” vignette, brought to you by the Foodable Network, Isabella invites us into his kitchen, where he shows us how to prepare two of Graffiato’s signature dishes, and tells us his story, including what inspired him to cook, and what he’s got up his (tattooed) sleeve for the near future (read: a lot).
