The latest chef to join in on the fun is celebrity chef, Grant Achatz of Chicago’s Alinea, Next and The Aviary. His new restaurant Roister, is not open yet but the chef is giving future diners the chance to add to the restaurant’s ambiance. Currently, the webpage for the restaurant allows future diners to suggest songs to add to the playlist with the chance to win a free drink when the restaurant opens.
