For chef Matthew Gaudet of West Bridge, success is all about the details. "From seasoning your food, to guest relations, to supporting your staff. The "details" of his cooking at West Bridge have led to some impressive accolades for the now 3-year-old Cambridge restaurant including Gaudet receiving the title of “Best New Chef” in 2013 from Food and Wine Magazine.

Gaudet has worked with some of the greats in both Boston and New York City, but really credits his introduction to fine-dining with inspiring him to become a chef. At West Bridge, he combines classic French technique with New England ingredients and local dishes to create his own brand of dining.
