Not to sound like a typical, blockbuster movie trailer, but coming to you this summer is an game-changing restaurant with action-packed flavors. The dynamic duo, restaurateur brothers Benjamin and Max Goldberg, along with their company called Strategic Hospitality, is opening a new-world French restaurant called Le Sel in the vacant space of the Adelicia condominium.

This Nashville midtown location has seen various restaurants come and go. From Miro District to Fish & Co. to Music City Tippler, how will Le Sel avoid the same fate other establishments seem to struggle with?

Le Sel is planning to take a dual approach to the space. While the main floor will serve lunch and dinner with brunch on the weekends, the downstairs area, to be called "The Bar at Le Sel," will have a separate menu and expansive beverage list.

Chef Rene De Leon, sous chef of Chicago's Next, will be in charge of the good eats and bring a fresh twist on casual, French food.
