Serving up specialty dishes such as bison burgers, salmon croquette burgers and shrimp toast Benedict, the Kraken Café is definitely unlike any other food truck in Las Vegas, and founders Kayla Webster and Elijahwan Bonner plan to keep it that way. While many Las Vegas food trucks still serve subpar food, explains Webster, the Kraken Café was launched with the goal of serving high-end cuisine without the upscale pricing.
Graduates of The Art Institute and Le Cordon Bleu, respectively, the team found immediate success off the strip.
