The newest project from restaurateurs Robert Kowalski and Jayson Criswel, Bit House Saloon is set to open in Portland this June, bringing with it an incredibly innovative cocktail and mixology program. The duo has enlisted Jesse Card to oversee the extensive list of single-barrel spirits, tap cocktails and in-house, barrel-aged beers.
The 200 seat bar will feature a gun system that will feature 18 single-barrel spirits, many of which are the first single barrels ever released from each distillery. The beverage program is also set to include a number of house wines on tap and hopes to eventually start working with local breweries to barrel-aging their own beers
