Eugene's Marche Provisions has plans underway for a massive expansion this summer. The food market will expand into a 10,000 square foot space that will include a butcher shop and fishmonger that will sell all local meats and fish, a year-round farmers' market, a retail cookware shop, and demonstration kitchen.
Marche Provisions' current cheese and charcuterie program will also be expanded, alongside a revamp to the food hall's selection of local beer, cider and wine that will be available for consumption on site or to take home. The space will also feature a retail cookware shop that will offer a curated selection of classic cookware, cutlery, tabletop linens and other kitchen accessories.
The food hall will be renamed Provisions Market Hall, and is set to be unveiled this August. Read More
