Dallas' NorthPark Center is set to receive a presidential guest with the arrival of The Theodore restaurant, opening this fall. The restaurant looks to pay homage to 26th President of the United States Theodore Roosevelt, boasting a menu of "soulful American classics" expertly prepared by Chef Tim Byres including such dishes as tomato and pecorino flat-bread as well as oxtail and beef shank.
