Arguably the most important meal of the day, breakfast has been given quite the face lift at some of Denver's top restaurants. Not content to continue serving the traditional eggs, pancakes and bacon dishes served on breakfast menus citywide, these innovative restaurants have begun crafting unique and playful dishes, with their breakfast menu given the same royal treatment as the dinner offerings.
At The District, bacon takes center stage and the restaurant features a variety of styles including sriracha bacon, duck bacon, and a vanilla porter soaked bacon. At Zaidy's Deli, pancakes are replaced with potato latkes, topped with eggs and spinach making for a Jewish style Eggs Benedict. In North Denver, Sasafrass restaurant features a number of game based dishes, including the bison hash served alongside a chicken fried egg.
