Dining by Design: Featuring Louisiana Chefs

Among the 10 chefs participating in the annual Dining by Design benefit, four are representing Louisiana. International flavors will be enticing guests with a cultural cuisine adventure. This year, the benefit will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Baton Rouge, Sunday, Aug. 23.

The four hometown heroes in the line-up include: Dondi McNulty of The Little Village, Baton Rouge; Chris Motto of Mansurs on the Boulevard, Baton Rouge; Peter Sclafani of Ruffino's, Baton Rouge and Lafayette; and Chris Lusk of Restauraunt R'evolution, New Orleans. They will be cooking for tables of 10 who pay $500 for their silver-level meals. Each guest will be served an appetizer or soup course, a salad course, a meat course and dessert.
