Denver organization IndiCard, which offers restaurant industry workers discounts on dinners and drinks at other establishments throughout the city, is currently playing around with the idea of starting a restaurant worker health exchange. Currently, IndiCard is utilized by about 5,000 members in the Denver area, who also use the service's offerings of discounts on dental and vision check ups.
Looking to expand this current program by offering a series of discounts, IndiCard is currently in the process of offering a series of health care packages that could be purchased by individual workers or employers.
