Taco Bell announced plans to begin serving alcohol at a San Francisco location later this month. The SF location will be only the second chain to feature beer and wine, the first being in Chicago which in addition to serving beer, wine and sangria, also serves up "twisted freezes" made up of frozen cocktails.
Pricing for the alcoholic beverages is low, $4 for wine and beer to be exact, and quality is likely on par with pricing. Yet with this move, Taco Bell hopes to follow in the steps of other chains, such as Starbucks, in increasing sales through unconventional methods. Read More
