With an increasing number of restaurants opening their doors seemingly every day, competition for attracting new and return customers remains intense. Brand marketing has become one of the most important tactics restaurants can employ to get their restaurant on the radar. Recently, a new marketing niche has emerged that many have ignored: paper products.
Spearheaded by local company Hamcoe, restaurants are now turning to logo-branded matchbooks, take out containers and bags, coasters, butcher paper, and paper table coverings. While not a new concept, paper marketing has become integral for many local NOLA restaurants.
