Vegas Restaurants Support Local Farms and Growers

A growing number of Las Vegas restaurants have made a large push towards working with sustainably grown, local produce—much to the delight of local Nevada farms who have benefited from the increasing support. Despite being made up of mostly desert, the state comprises of over 4,000 farms and ranches, growing a number of various types of produce, as well as raising various livestock.
